a bit about me:
Pam was born in Jersey and began her training at Jersey Academy of Dancing from the tender age of 3. She then went on to take drama classes with Jersey Academy of Speech and Dramatic Art, and singing classes with Imogen Nicholls. Pam was an active member of the Jersey Youth Music Theatre and the Jersey Green Room Club performing in many pantomimes and musicals at the Jersey Opera House and Jersey Arts Centre. She also acted as DSM at both venues in various shows whilst training.
Pam left the island at 18 to train at GSA (Guildford School of Acting) receiving a BA(Hons) degree in Acting. Whilst at GSA Pam began teaching at Stagecoach Theatre Arts, the largest network of children's theatre schools in the UK.
Pam has subsequently taught at various Stagecoach schools across Berkshire, Surrey and London for over 13 years. She ran her own franchise of Stagecoach for over 8 years overseeing children from the age of 3 years to 18 years. Whilst running Stagecoach Pam received the accolade of Network Nominated Franchisee of the Year and during a performance in the West End her students were awarded Backstage Stars Award for the most well behaved, polite students in the theatre. Pam also taught at Ewell Castle, a private boys school in Surrey, whilst there Pam put on many productions and led students in classes towards their GCSE and A Levels.
Most recently, Pam was Deputy Vice Principal of PPA (Performance Preparation Academy) a leading full-time performing arts college in Guildford.
She is excited to have recently moved back to Jersey and able to offer classes and workshops to students on the island.
